I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service and bring a strong foundation of administrative experience to the fast-paced world of property management. For me, this role is the perfect balance—it combines the structured, detail-oriented nature of administration with the dynamic, people-focused energy of property.

Before joining the team at Edinburgh, I spent over a decade in an administrative and receptionist role. It was there I honed my attention to detail, polished my communication skills, and discovered just how much I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I valued the structure of that role, but I was ready for a new challenge—something that would keep me on my toes while still allowing me to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

That’s what drew me to property management. I love that no two days are the same and that each day brings a mix of problem-solving, planning, and connection. Whether it’s supporting our clients, assisting tenants, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, I approach my work with calm, clarity, and a real sense of purpose. I find a lot of joy in seeing things through from start to finish and knowing I’ve helped make someone’s day easier or less stressful.

What makes this role even more fulfilling is being part of such a close-knit, supportive team.
